Xexhaust only choice stainless steel 304 as the materials, also the Titanium alloy is available on Catback exhaust system.

What kind options of surface treatment does Xexhaust offerin
We offering different type surface treatment of different products. Such as polished, sandblasting, heatshield, ceramic coating etc.

What type valves can you offer?
Xexhaust offering two type of exhaust valves on Catback exhaust system, which are Electric valves and Vacuum valves. Also we are offering Original Factory Valves Seat, to match with original valve control. Ask us for more details.

How does Xexhaust make the bent pipe?
Xexhaust use Mandrel bending process, usually Computer Numerically Controlled whereby a mandrel with flexible balls is inserted into the tube during bending. These balls are positioned and pulled through the tube so that the bends are not deformed and maintain a close to perfect shape throughout the length of the bend. The pros are that the tube can be bent on a much tighter radius and still flow well due to the tube being round and not collapsed.

What type of muffler core do you use?
We make all mufflers by ourself, it made by high standard Glass fiber silencing cotton, with the special inside design, could bring you a Soft exhaust sound as the factory muffler when you turn off the valves.

What is the pipe diameter specification on your performance
Exhaust sizes can vary from part to part. The pipe diameter specified gives an indicative size for the system as a whole and does not necessarily mean every part within the system is of a uniform size.

What's the difference between resonated & non-resonated?
The main difference is whether a silencer is included or omitted in the centre section of the exhaust. A non resonated system doesn’t include a centre silencer so will be significantly louder than the standard exhaust whereas a resonated system includes a centre silencer so will only be slightly louder than the standard exhaust.
